I recently purchased some used honey supers. Some of the supers are shallow and some are medium. Will there be a problem with putting shallow frames in medium supers? Will there be an issue of having too much space at the bottom of the frames?

Any input will be appreciated!

Hi Greg I have done similar when extracting and needed to put together supers. With mismatch frames that were not ready i had put medium frasmes in deep boxes and came back the next week to find they had built alot of comb on the bottom of the medium frames down to the top of the next box. I would not recommend this action due to my own experience with it. Price
