I'm interested in participating in the WSU queen project but as a new hobbyist, I'll only have two hives this year. And I could definitely use some guidance by one of the more experienced members. However, my daughter and I are happy to track the hives' performance and keep diligent records.

Hey, how do you get in on this project. I've only got about 20 hives, but I've been raising queens for a few years and I'm always looking for a few new tadpoles for the gene pool.

Wasn't one of our members going to check with WSU to see what they require in return for giving us these queens? Perhaps we'll get an update at the March meeting.
