Hello,

It is good to know there is a active group here in the Treasure Valley. My brother-in-law has had a hive in his back yard in Herriman Utah for the last couple of years. He got me interested and I want to start here. I have 7 acres North of Middleton so there is plenty of room. I grew up on a farm/ranch near Cody, Wyoming and still dabble raising and selling ornamental trees. Good place for the bees huh?

I own a small business - we do engineering consulting. Lately we have been designing and developing products for people who have invented something and don't know how to actually create it. It is fun to research the technology, create the product, circuit boards, software, testing etc.

Hopefully I will get to some of the meetings and get to know people. I am looking forward to learning a lot from all of you!

Thanks!

Dale
